Buffet services includes set-up, food service (self-serve is optional), and breakdown. All buffets include choice of  salad, bread, entree with choice of sides and beverage.

Fruit Platters - assortment of seasonal fruits.


Vegatable Platters - a selection of fresh vegetables served with a dip.


Cheese Platters - selection of Chedder, Swiss, Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack, Muenster cheeses; served with a choice of crackers.


Mexican Fiesta Platters - Salsa, Guacamole, Queso Fondue, Bean Dip; served with Tortilla chips.

Sandwich Platters - choice of Turkey, Ham, Italian, Roast Beef, Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad sandwiches; served with pickles, mayonnaise and mustard.


Wings Platters - choice of Buffalo-Mild or Hot, Teriyaki, Lemon Pepper, BBQ, Jerk, Honey Mustard; served with ranch and blue cheese dip.


Shrimp Platters - choice of Fried Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp or Shrimp Cocktail; served with cocktail and tarter sauce.
